I have been searching pin outs and trying to figure which color wire is to what pin on a parallel printer male cable. I am in need of help to find the negative (-) pin.
I do have a multimeter but dont know what to look for on the read out.
Not aware that the cables follow any particular color code. However, the pinout is well documented, so just set your Ohmmeter to the mode where it beeps when the probes are shorted, and have at it.
