Panasonic vdr-d100 camcorder won't power on

I have a Panasonic vdr-d100 that won't power on no noise lights or anything when putting the switch to on position. Power adapter fine, batter pack charged. Even bought another new battery. Sounds like a fuse .. Anyone have this issue? Service manual? How do u take this one apart really small screws I take it there is clips keeping it together.Thanks

Anyone have a shop manual or know how to take it apart to check the main fuse . Really tiny everything on these small camcorders.

Not familiar with the specific model but knowing from the past, it is probably not an easy task---more than likely an involved PIA, step-by step procedure.
Provided, nothing is damaged in the process.
BTW, keep track of any screw(s).
