Panasonic Tv Problem

I have a Panasonic LCD TV TC-L32S1, when you turn it on it will power up for a second then it will power its self off. any help would be great thanks.
 
Bad caps

Look inside to see if there are any capacitors that are oozing goo or bulged. If you aren't sure what bad caps look like, type in "bad caps" in the google image search.
