is there a way to find the pad thickness in altium designer?

Maybe I don't understand your question.

Pad thickness is the same as the copper thickness for the PCB. That is set when the board is made. When you order boards you can choose what thickness of copper to use. Also what thickness of board.

If you mean width or height, then ask about those and not thickness.
