Overloaded utility transformer

Ever see odd red lights on telephone poles? Well, the red light is on a transformer, when it is partially overloaded, it's light comes on, telling you that the is a problem with another transformer, or telling you that you need to put up another transformer.

Looks like they could also do with some good linesmen as well, there's cables everywhere, what a mess, is this in India or something?

They need more than a Transformer.

Looks pretty normal...like the alley behind my house....Minneapolis. The upper wires are power to and from the transformer. The lower wires are cable and telephone lines. These run from one pole to three houses.
