i want to build a device that monitor an overvoltage of ac line, also capable of monitoring undervoltage and can handle high wattage load. Anybody have alredy build this project? please

This circuit requires an unregulated DC rectifier as the input to moniter the AC line. You can put transistors on the outputs to drive relays rated for the load you require.
