Orcad Layout Footprint manual

Does any one know were i can download the Orcad Layout Footprint manual?
This manual is a paper/pdf that has all the footprints in real size so i can compare it with the real components...
I have one that is a book scan that does not have the right size for the components (because of the scan)...
