Op Amplifiers

Hello I am New, if I post in the wrong place please let me know.

My question is, can OpAmps that are designed for single power supplies be used on one side of a dual supply and also along with opamps designed for dual supplies across the supply?

Any opamp works with a single-polarity supply if it is biased properly.
An opamp that has an input that goes as low as its negative supply can work with a single-polarity supply or a dual-polarity supply.
