op amp

I have some problems,hope sombody can help solve:

1) I have an AC sine wave of +/- 5 V.i wish to bring up the voltage level to the positive region of 0-10V or so.How do I implement this?Would appreciate any circuits given.

2)I am searching for an op-amp with supply voltage not more than,preferably +/- 6V.However,the output voltage must be more than 5V.I'm having difficultities on this.any op-amp specialist out there?

If You need 0...10V output, the opamp positive supply must be higher as 10V...
