OP Amp Burning - How to Protect It?

I'm using this circuit with my PT100 Sensor it worked nicely 1 month continuously without any problem,after now its not working,it wont amplify the signal always output is 0.

Why is this happening?How to protect it?

Hi,

Your input voltage is shown as "12v". Is that correct? Because that is the absolute min requirement for the 7810 regulator you also show.
Your circuit probably doesnt need that 7810 regulator as you can connect the LM358 positive supply terminal right to the +12v.
The 12v could be a problem if it drops any lower than that. Really the min should be 12.5 volts.
This is just one possible reason the circuit stopped working.
