I'm trying to control 2 h-bridges (2 motors forward and back) with a F88 which only has one PWM pin out. I've tried to use opto couplers to switch the grounds on the selected input but seems they short out. Is there a better way to do this? Each h-bridge only has 2 inputs and a common ground. I'd use a driver IC but the motors draw about 3 amps each, hence the discreet h-bridge I only want one motor at a time running. Thanks in advance. Aaron

Need more information.
PIC16F88 OK
opto couplers --- short out? What optos? How are they wired?
descreet H-bridge---?????????????????????????????????????

I guess I had a couple of conections reversed on the opto. This is what I have so far. It works manually but I have not connected the pic yet.
