Hello..

I have just bought an old robotarm called ROBOTARM SVI-2000, it was made for joysticks that fit the C64, and there where even modules that made the robot controlable from the C64.

My question is if anybody have any experiance from controlling it from a PC parallellport?? Is it possible to find a finished program to it?? if not: in which environment is the easiest way to program the parallellport of: qbasic, vb 5.0 or C ???

Does the parallellport leave enough current to drive a ULN2803A in order to protect the computer??
