NTE2987 NMOS

Anyone have a cheeper source for the NTE2987 NMOS. Mouser want's like $7 for 1. Either that or an equivalent part???

why hijack a thread about dc-dc converters and ask about a linear regulator? apples and oranges my friend

you could build a switch mode converter with fewer parts than that linear uses, and it'd be a heck of a lot more efficient.
