i dont have this type of transistor in my country so can someone tell me the characteristics of it or some transistor that is very similar to this one. thanks

Perhaps you might try filling your location in?, what would be the point of suggesting other transistors you can't get?.

You can use any type of low-power BJT. And remember that european BJT have different pin layout. (EBC)
