nothin 2 do wot electronics, but ne ways

ne1 kno of a program wot allows programmable keyboard commands (e.g, will open explorer if i press windows key+I, open winamp if i press windows key W etc). also how bout a second (usb) keyboard wot i can use the circuit nd make me own keyboard ne have programmable keys?

If you have visual basic a program could be written to do this, dont know how but www.visualbasicforum.com & www.planetsourcecode.com might be able to help.
