Note to self if Junebug doesn't work

If your Junebug doesn't want to program using ICSP, lean on the 18F2550 in frustration and make sure it is seated in the socket ;)

PICkit 2 was detecting 3.1v on VDD even though pin 3 (the A/D port used for +5v) read only 0.1v. Now it is sitting in the socket properly, the correct readings are obtained.

Thanks for all the help here, it seems that the replacement BS250 has fixed it and I now have a fully functional Junebug.

Time to start making blinky flashy things as I already have most of the parts.
