Noise Measurement

How do I use a spectrum analyzer to measure noise power at different frequencies ? What part of my signal do I get to scan ?

Is there a particular bandwidth ???
If anyone can give me any tips thank you.

Back with my problems, how do I get to characterize noise in the circuit below analytically ??? I obtained some plots on a spectrum analyzer with different Rf values of (10,100,1k,10k,100k and 1M) Ω resistors.

The opamp model is LMH6624 with link **broken link removed**

Operating frequency range is from 20Hz - 3MHz....

Output is from C9
