NiMh Fast Charger for 24V 36V 48V packs, 9Ah design - help!

I've been trying to design an electric bicycle, but I can't find a charger for 24V-48V packs! There are a couple for hobby airplanes, but they run $150 or more. Does anyone have a good, simple design for a relatively fast charger? The batteries are 9Ah. Ideally, the charger would be able to charge each type of pack.

I checked the Maxwell IC's for this purpose, but all are rater for less than 20 cells. This design needs 20, 30, and 40 cells. I guess I could possibly use the IC's and actually create several chargers in one unit, but that is not what I'm going for here.

I know temperature monitoring is one way to ensure the batteries aren't overcharged. It seems this would be an easy way to go. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for your time
