Hi I need some help. I'm trying to make a 3 volt night light using a led light. My probem is I'm trying to use a phototransitor to make the light come on at dark and off in the daylight. I just can't figure out how to wire it up to work. Can anyone please help point me in the right direction?

A photo-transistor turns on when it sees light. So it must drive another transistor which inverts and is turned off when the photo-transistor turns on.

The transistor is turned on by a resistor at its base when it is dark and the photo-transistor is turned off.
