I'm almost certain that most if not all forum members know about the Tsar Bomba, the largest thermonuclear device ever exploded.

There are a few video snippets here and there, but this 40 minute documentary is the best I've seen.

There is a lot of Soviet-era electronics instrumentation porn. That in itself makes the documentary worth watching.

 
when i was a kid i was fascinated with the physics behind these things, but back then there was a lot of information still classified, including all of the test films... even after many of the US test films were declassified in the 1990s, there were still some tests where even the name of the test was still classified until somewhere around 2005... there are some details in the films that are still classified, where they black out the screen or kill the audio for a few seconds in the declassified films... so there are some things that remain "secret sauce"
