Need Uniterruptible power supply for 24v, 5w load

Hello

We wish to buy an offline (220vac) power supply which powers a 24V, 5W Load.
It should also comprise a battery charger. There should also be another converter which gets switched in when the mains fail, and powers the 24V, 5W load from the battery.
We’ve looked , but cant find anything like this off-the-shelf. Do you know of anything?

Just buy a usb power pack and a 5 to 24v converter. A single 18650 contains around 9wh so will last over an hour.
