Need to use siren horn as a speaker

I need to know if I can use thoses as an outdoor speaker?

If the answer is yes, how can I do this?

A small horn speaker like that sounds awful, it produces a very "tinny and horny" sound. You do not know its impedance which is probably 8 ohms. Measure its voice coil resistance, if it is about 6 ohms then it has an impedance of 8 ohms.
