Hi all,
I need to take a variable 0-5dc output and change to a 0 - 100mV output with high resolution. Any idea on a very simple circuit? I am basically making a fake K-type thermocouple signal to drive and test an EGT gauge.
Thanks,
Rob
Actuallly, if you have a regulated, adjustable power supply, then just a voltage divider consisting of a 10Ω resistor to ground, and a 470 Ω to the Plus supply terminal would do it, too. Just vary the supply voltage from 0 to 5V to simulate the thermocouple...
ps, there are only a few folks on here that know what an EGT is
