Well I can tell you one thing - his name translated from romanian means "one idiot" so I doubt he's from the Czech Republic.

I can not say whether his device is intended for honest/fraudulent purposes but from the looks of it, it sounds like a tiny card data recorder that could be installed just about anywhere (will not say AT... )
