need help

hi all
this is my first thread and i want to make an interfacing circuit,this cct is composed of
tempreture sensor(lm35)+gain+ADC0804+Microcontroller pic+external uart8250+serial cable RS232

how can i interface ADC0804 with microcontroller and microcontroller with uart8250???

if any one has the diagram of interfacing, pls send it

Since you're using a PIC why not use one with built in A/D & USART like the 16F88 or 18F1320.
