my project is about using light sensor in airplane. the light sensor will help airplane for landing and taking off if the airport is out of electricity and can detect anything that can be dangrous for airplane.

i am thinking about using one of these light-sensor.
1-O4E200
2-O4E500
3-O5E500

if u can give me ur opinion about these light sensor or give me better than these light sensor.

gary010,

On order to get an opinion, you have to explain to the experts here exactly what you want to do >in detail< with these light sensors.

1. What airport is not going to have backup power?
2. How are you going to aim the light (with or without power) at the plane?
3. VOR (RF) directional finders are the norm for aircraft, what's wrong with those?
