need help to build a steppermotor robot car

hi,
i would like to build a robot car using stepper motors!
i have an old at@t computer cpu with an 80286 processor in it!I am
not sure of what else would be in that.
can any one please help me if i can use the parts of this cpu to build my
robot car.if not can you give me the list of components that i can use
and also please give me the basic steps for interfacing a stepper motor
with the computer!
