Hi,
I'm taking a course on CMOS circuit and need some help on doing a project.
Can anyone help me out with a schematic of a 4-input dynamic XOR gate?

Thanks

You can't really have a 4 input XOR gate. You can wire three dual input XOR gates to make a pseudo 4 input XOR gate.

Thanks for your quick response KChriste, I will think a little harder on this. Using three dual input to make a 4 input XOR sounds like the right way to go.

There are two interpretations of what a 4 input xor gate is.

A gate whose output is high when an odd number of inputs are high.
Or,
A gate whose output is high when only one input is high.

The first (most common interpretation) is implemented by cascading 2 input xor gates, the output from the first (previous) gate is xored with the next input until all inputs have been connected.

Mike.
