Need help on two circuits?

First: The traffic light controller consists of 5 signaling lights (RED, AMBER, GREEN and two pedestrian crossing lights: REDMAN and GREENMAN) and one normally open push-switch to start the timer.

We are using PLC Programmer to do the project.

Here are a few question i am not too sure:

3) Operation


3 Zone Alarm system

2nd: To use the Alarm System, just switch on the key switch (On/Off). The alarm system will take approx 10sec delay upon turning on by IC1A, IC1B, D2, R8 and C5. Eventually, the LED 4 will light up after the delay and system is fully armed

basically you are looking for someone to do all of the work for you?
the first question is pretty basic assuming you've seen a crosswalk and traffic light...
when button is pushed the light turns red which allows the pedestrians to cross for a short time.

are we supposed to know what those components are for the second one?

people here are willing to help. but you have to atleast show some effort
