need help in oscillator design

hello
i want to make wireless temp sensor with sensor on transmitter and display on reciever side
now a temp sensor ic gives 10 mV output dc for every 1 degree celsisus change
so i have to use a voltage controlled oscillator to convert in fm range frequency

please help me with designing a oscillator
oscillator could be hartley ,colpitts or any other oscillator with varactor diode in it
the varactor should be sensitive for every 10mV voltage change
give me some working circuits with component values specified

if you have any other idea plz share it with me
