Hi,
I need to replace both components marked as tvs1 and tvs2.
The card is taken from the rear light of Ssangyoung Rexton car.
Can anyone tell what are they exactly?
Thanks,
Ariel

I'd guess they are transient voltage suppressors - basically high-speed zener diodes that are intended to absorb any excess voltage spikes.

They would be rated at somewhat just above the maximum normal electrical system voltage; probably somewhere from 16 - 20V.

It may be possible to find something from the markings, but surface mount markings are far less specific than with conventional components.
