If you are looking for PC board mounted latching relays at less than 2 amps or so, these are the ones ive used: https://www.medibix.com/detail.jsp?view=detail&sku_id=889347&product_id=455737 They have a dual coil, one for latching 'on' and the other for latching 'off'
