Need help finding 12vdc photo electric relay switch

Hi Guys,

But i have come to build the final system and they have all sold out and alternative sellers will arrive to late. So I need to either find someone who can deliver by Friday or I need an equivalent device i can search for.

Has anyone used anything similar they could recommend?
