Need help designing a logic BCD counter!

I have tried to figure this out for awhile on paper now and I don't seem to understand what I am doing wrong. I think that the second 74160 is trowing me off. Anyway, if you could print this out and see if you can help me wire this and scan it to upload back on here, I would greatly appreciate it so I can learn how this works. Thank you for your time!

I'll get you started. Pin 14 of 160 to pin 3 157. The 8 switches should be on the ABCD pins. Check the 160 datasheet for how to cascade them.
