i need to know how to create the water detector circuit that use 9 v dc and use a relay as switching to motor 12 v.I stuck how to combine this circuit with only use one power supply-transformer i guest,hope u can give circuit design as soon as posibble.

Is your transformer being fed by mains (120v or 240v)?

Transformer --> Filters + rectifiers --> regulator 12V and regulate 9V. Not too difficult to grasp.
