need datasheet for 3phase motor driver IC

i am looking for this IC datasheet -> JRC 2091b 346
it has 1.5v output to drive the 3phase motors.
Tried googling, but no luck. I am still searching.

found it in an old sony walkman

Then it's probably developed by sony. You could always try to contact sony by email and ask for a datasheet. That's probably your best chance.
