need a tested and working mikrobasic pic compiler

pls am new on this subject and have intrest to know how to use pic microcontroller to design as many things as possible. possibly be the best in my locality. thanks for your kind hearthed and generousity as I look foward to you in order to achieve my desire aim. Thanks and God bless
