Has any one have a link to it in english Its bipolar analog integrated circuit some kind of comparator Thanks for any information.

I believe the 1701 is discontinued, and the data sheet has been pulled from the internet. That is one of the problems of internet data. Even the application notes have vanished.
Can you get a non English data sheet I could translate for you?
