mysterious blue component, cant identify it

Hi,
this time i could use little help identifying blue component, found on PCB of an old-time wired phone. has text 6g10 labelled on it, and the phones brand is siemens

Propably a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) between the Tip and Ring of the phone line. E

ok, thanks i made little typo, it was 6g10, and found datasheet about attenuattor, could it be it?

If it's in series with the AC line it could be a PTC thermister. If it's in parallel with the AC line or from one leg to ground, it could be a safety capacitor or TVS.
