Multimeter Result - Is it working or not? Resistance.

here is what im testing i thinks its a regulator

a to c = 3.99
c to a = 3.2
b to a = 0 would jump a bit then go to zero
a to b = 0 would jump a bit then go to zero
b to c = 3.2
c to b = 3.9

I think it means it is broken but not 100% sure.....

Looks more like a relay to me, but it only has 3 terminals. What are you measuring anyways? VOltage? Resistance?

3 terminals a 4th was attached on the top - the ground i think. I am mesauring resistance.

what it looked like, where it came from. Motorbike.

resistance. there was a 4th earth cable attached to the top.

where on motorbike it came from. 2 wires come from engine and 1 wire from battery 4th earth/

I don't know but guess you are correct as to the part.
Why are you questioning whether it works?
Is there a problem with the bike?
