MSOP SMD Adapters

Hello,
After quite a bit of research, I have finally found the perfect IC for a single-cell LiPo charger.

The problem is that the package is available only in DFN and [UN] MSOP packaging (Microchip).

Since I do not have access to PCB facilities, I need some sort of MSOP adapter to DIP so I can plug this into a breadboard.

I've found many SOIC adapters, but none for the 10-pin MSOP package. Does anyone know any tricks for working with these kinds of chips or suppliers of these adapters?

Thanks!

Thanks very much for the reply.
Silly me, I forgot to type in the pin number.
I saw that adapter at Digikey earlier (not the other website-- thanks for the link!) however it adapts only the 8-pin MSOP chips.

Sadly, I am stuck with a little, 10-pin monster.

Surprised you're having trouble, on ebay most of the shops doing great quality (and cheap!) SMT adapters come from Canada ^^

I can personally vouch for the following ebay shops:

http://shop.ebay.co.uk/merchant/yliu73
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/dipmicro-electronics (exceptional!)
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/semielectric

the last having one of the best deals for adapters:

You can just use the 20 ttsop adapter, and leave unconnectoed pads, or cut it up!

I must have about 30 different adapter boards from ebay, all really cheap....but now I've just started making my own PCB's, no need... (but all the above are pro double sided, makes for a smaller footprint).

MSOP is very similar to ttsop, regarding pin pitch, the different being the width of the chip. But most adapters have longer pads to allow easy hand soldering, but also enabling them to work as ttsop/msop adapters.

Heres a pic I knocked up in eagle showing 0.5mm pitch for MSOP10, and 0.65mm for tssop10, just incase you wanted to use a tssop adapter and needed to see the difference for yourself...after all 0.5 and 0.65 are just numbers, diagrams always help.
