I'm trying to use the video jack (9DB Female) of an R2600C unit.to output to a VGA monitor. Any one have the R2600C page for output diagram?

The manual for the R2600C is available at www.mods.dk you will probably have to register before you can down load from there, but registering is no big deal.

In the meantime, the pin outs you are looking for are as per the attachment below.
