I have a pair of old drill motors I want to use, but I need to find their torque. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can do that?

atach a lever to the output shaft of the motor, and the lever to a weight or gauge meter and then turn on the motor and see the gauge.
If your gauge is on ounces i recommend the lever to be 1 inch so the torque will be X oz-in, or if its pound use feets, X lb-ft

thank you. Do you know how to find hours power? I know it has something to do with torque and rpms but I'm not sure
