I'm running 2 relays & 1 motor using a PIC18F452. which circuit will be better for this: using MOSFET or Darlingtons? Is BC548 with series pull-up of 10k enough for doing this job??

I'd suggest use a logic level MOSFET rated to suit the motor/relays you have.
