hi
im currently studying a btec in engineering in college.

im having a problem with a rf600d where the outputs turn low when activated.

i need the outputs to turn high when activated, i was told a mosfet would work however the concept was not explained so i am left without a mosfet to buy.

Vcc = 5 V
when activate and low it cuts the supply and i need it to be able to activate a relay

What is a "RF600D"?

Ok, I found it.

Looks like the output is asserted low, and can only sink 1mA.

What voltage are you operating the RF600D from?

What voltage do you want to power the relay from?

What is the relay coil resistance?
