MOSFET test

Hi there,
I would like to test the following mosfet in the photo (clearly damaged/burned out). However, Not able to find the data sheet online! It reads B16HP 7501.
Any hints? Thank you

The way the bottom pins loop together makes it look like a dual N/P MOSFET, used as a high side switch, try the datasheet for the DMC3016LSD which probably has the same connections (most of them seem to). Pin 3 is probably +ve power in (P - Source) and 5/6 are switched +ve out (P - Drain) - pins 7/8 are the N - Drain, and are connected to the P - Gate.
