Hi,

I’m using power Mosfet which normally it drives up to 1200V
What I want is that I need to switch this signal using a physical switch.
The specification of signal is approx 1150 V ; with few milli- Amps rating.
Can anybody let me know any physical switch which I can use for my application please?
Thanks.

If you're using a Mosfet why do you need a physical switch? Your post doesn't make much sense.

What type of mosfet is it, N- or P- channel? Please give us its part number. What type of circuit is it switching? If the maximum Vds is 1200 volts and your are switching 1150 volts, you will be working very close to its maximum. Any inductive kick will kill it.

Have you considered an IGBT in a higher rating?

John
