Monitor speaker very weird issue

hi

it's the krk rokit 5 and it sounds extremely low! but if you turn it off for half a minute and then on, the volume returns back
to normal and then fades out in 3-5 seconds, also if you turn it fast on and off then the volume remains low

i can only think a capacitor for such kind of problem...any opinions before i try anything?

maybe the op-amps can cause such problem?
