Hi.
I am doing a project on modem communications, when two modem are connected, it will response you : CONNECT 2400/NONE.
who can tell me what does the NONE mean? any more parameters after the CONNECT 2400/../..?
Thanks.

I know next to nothing about modems, but a little Googling leads me to believe that your choices are /NONE or /ARQ. ARQ means "automatic repeat request". Search on this phrase and read some of the results. ARQ means rhat some sort of error checking is done. I assume that "NONE" means there is no error checking.
