modem drvier!!!! cant find it!!

anybody can help me to find a driver for my motorola modem? i searched the motorola website, but becoz my modem is kinda old i found nothing!!!

there is this number written under the word "motorola" on the IC on the modem:

642412-51
U45110.2-.69950

how can i find such driver?

you didn't specify what modem, what hardware platform, what operating system...

he didnt specify, 'cause he doesnt know...
we can immediately assume pci..
because he didnt specify - Windows...

also run modem diagnostics, which should tell you more...
